Lower Springs
How much can you lower a 98 eclipse GS before you have to get new camber kits so that the tires will be able to be allined?

Usually 1" - 1 1/2" will be good before you need a camber kit. I would suggest one anyways.
You can also build an "at-home" camber kit. Just by using longer bolts and washers.
