Have you run a pressure check on the shradervalve? And if you're sure you're not getting spark, check both your coil and your crank position sensor.

Checked the main pcm fuses? Is the pcm powered, does the security lite stay on?

The 2 fuses Ive checked, I think there the 9 and 10 position in the fuse box they appear to be good. Where is the security light your referring to and would the crank sensor or cam sensor cause the coil not to put out spark or activate the fuel pump when key is turned on?

Re: Please Help Stumped On This One

Security lite is on dash, look specifically at the pcm and fuel pump fuses, the crank sensor would not affect fuel pressure only injector pulse and spark. This err when the scanner is hooked up needs to be corrected, so you can get a scanner on it and check to see if the pcm is powered and you see cranking rpms, check for power to the pcm fuses, could be an ign switch or feed problem so the pcm is unpowered.

Re: Please Help Stumped On This One

You need a wiring diagram now, these fuses if they are for the pcm are powered by the ign. switch check for power into the switch and power out when the key is turned on. You keep blaming the pcm, it is not in the loop for powering any of these systems, it is powered by the ign switch then the fused circuits, again a wiring diagram will clarify what you are looking for here.
