yeah the swap doesn't really get me going, but the paint job is what i'm waiting for. the guys that were there were there to see it go in, not hook up everything. i dunno bout you, but i like working on cars with friends so we can all just fuck around, smoke a blunt, whatever whatever. i don't care if you can do it with 1 person or 2, good for you bro.

i do swaps on my own. but, it sure would be nice to have an extra hand and buddy to do beer runs when you get thirsty. also, shouldnt let the engine rest on the oil pan on the concrete. ive had a bad experience doing that one time.

I did my swap mostly by myself... Woulda been real nice to have a few of my boys to help... But most of them arent really into the car thing... But hell, long as they aint getting in the way, the more the merrier...

But yea, props on the swap man...

Re: my b16 swap *56k errr...sorry maybe?*

its so fun to talk shit about somebodys post.

well see the reason i started in this one was because of the post. now if he made more of a how to swap a b16 kind of post then it would be more helpful. but it looks like he just came on here to brag about his motor swap, which i dont like. so i make fun of the pics, like his one of the 4 guys having to hold the engine as it goes in.

i mean sure i can do it by myself but its alot easier to have someone there lowering and raising the cherry picker as needed as i make sure the motor goes in good. and hes right about the motor, shouldnt put it on the groudn like that. at least on some wood

since when is it bragging to just post of pics of his swaps? So i guess in your eyes is gay to post up pics of anything unless it has a how-to with it.

Seriously, what a retarded two posts on your behalf. Why even bother postin in a topic called "my B16 swap" if it's something that you don't like?! Who gives a fuck? Who are you? If you don't like it, the back button is in the top left hand corner of the screen. What a retarded reply to the topic.

OMG, do you deserve a medal or something!? You MUST be cool if you just have throw that in that you did that, but too much of an elitist to be happy for this guys swap.

Anyway, congrats on comming to the DOHC side, let us know how it is to drive when you get it on the road.

there are a few things that posting a pics up is good for. blew something up, need help identifying a part, a few others. so is it bragging to post up pics about how you got a new b16, you ask. think about what you just said for alittle while.

What, you don't post up about the stuff you have? You just ADDED the swap that you did in this guys thread just to downtalk a little more, and not JUST an LS swap, its an OBD1 conversion too. Its like what you're trying to do is worse than this guys thread. YOU'RE trying to downtalk what he did, by adding that you did more, and better because of all the friend he had with him. He's not bragging, he's just sharing the progression of his car. Thats part of what this board is! Geeze, 4,000 posts and I'd expect you to understand that by now.

Of course he said the swap doesn't really get him going, because you came into the thread being a total dickhead for no reason accusing him of "bragging" for sharing some pics!! You knew the content of the post when you clicked on the thread, why bother acting like a loser about it is what I don't understand. Its not like the post was "My super Awesome VTEC SWAP!!!" and how he can beat anyone. Of course he's excited about it. Who wouldn't be?! You don't spend 2Gs on your motor if it doesn't make you happy.

Face it, you made a loser post, and you're being a total loser in this thread.
You need to check your head dude.
