Exclamation 12A stutters Going up hill

The car appears to be running great until I go up a slight hill. After being on a slight hill for a short period of time it starts to stutter and then the rpms slowly drop down to an idle. I pop it into neutral and drive to give it some gas and it starts to stall but if i take my foot off the gas it returns back up to 1000rpms.
Anyone know what i should look at? Im a newbie and don't know what much about rotories yet. I bought this car and had a tune up last week.

It may be something very simple causing your problem.

But it sounds to me like you arent getting adiquit fuel to the carbs.
