'92 olds cutlass is overheating

i have a 92 culass supreme and it's keeps on overheating. i put a new radiator on it and it still overheating, when i drive it and come to a stop it shuts off and then when it starts back up it ack like it does not want to start, i start driving and it jerks and then start driving right til i stop again.

Does the electric fan come on? What motor does the car have? Has it gotten REAL hot?
