96 pathy foglights

i want to replace the bulbs in the foglights and have no clue as to how in hell they expect someone to get to the back screws much less the side bolts holding it on. anyone know something i dont on how to replace them

I read somewhere that u actually have to remove the foglight assembly from the front bumper.
