Speed Cameras
If a friend of mine was driving a car with QLD plates in NSW, would the speed camera thingo come through back to NSW?

I don't understand the question. Do you mean will the fine come back to NSW, should he live there? Or do you mean the ticket would come from QLD police via NSW pol?
