How to check feron(R134a) level?

Can anyone tell me how to check feron level on my A/C? How much do i need to service up?

My a/c has not been working for two years now, i serviced it last year but it doesnt blow out cold air. Can anyone give me some idea how to troubleshoot?

my compressor is kicking in, but i dont know if it is bad or not. it does blow air out, but only ram air temperture
