AC Compressor
On my 89 (with the 3.0) the AC compressor suddenly stopped engaging - it was working fine until I stopped for a few minutes, when I came back out I had stepped in some grease and my foot kept slipping off of the clutch pedal and killing the engine.
After all this, the AC started blowing warm air, so when I got home I disconnected the pressure sensor and the compressor still didn't kick on. I looked in my Haynes book, but I couldn't find any wiring diagrams with the AC stuff and I was wondering if maybe I blew a fusable link or popped a circuit breaker, and what I could do to fix it. Thanks. |
