Unhappy Weird Idle

Hi, me again, thanks to those who helped with my last issue. Ok, i got the car started, but it idles weird. More like a loaping idle wich settles down after the car warms up. it ends up idleing at 1k rpm. the CEL lights up sometimes. Got code 43. Fuel system Problem? Any likley suspects?

Oh, btw its a 1993 Honda Civic LX w/ D15B7 motor and over 260K miles. Just replaced the ignition control module, spark plugs, and wires, air filter, cap, and rotor. Also, the car has been sitting for over 6 months. This is my neighbors car, and i just helped her get it running again. Now just trying to get it running normaly. Thanks a bunch!

ok, it could be a couple of different things, i would go out and by a thing of fuel system cleaner first, and then try that and see if it helps, if it doesnt then i would try replacing your fuel filter. they fuel system clean will clean everything, but you can really clean out a filter so in my opiniobn, if the cleaner doesnt help at all then thats probably your problem. but once you get some gas pumping out of your injecters, they also tend to work better, so maybe it is them too? goodluck
