what model is this?

ok my brother is getting a mercedes that has a 6.9 L V8 in it, and the owner claims it came stock with hydraulics. is this right? the year is probably in the 70's. what model of mercedes is this?

Probably talking about the 450sel 6.9...which is a pretty rare and valuable car if it is in good condition. The hydraulics he is talking about is the self leveling suspension...not real hydraulics. You can do a search here and find out a lot about them, there was a thread in "s-class" forums not too long ago.
