97 Cobra engine vibration

The car has about 75000 miles. Recently, it's developed some significant vibration between 2600 and 3000 rpm, and also a bit between about 1800 and 2000. Not so noticeable anywhere above 3000 rpm. It's strictly coming from the engine.

It doesn't seem to be getting any worse as time goes on, but it does seem to feel worse when the car is cold.

Vibration damper gone bad?
