intake / pass smog in Cali ?
i dont need the air filter that comes with it because i have the K&N FIPK.....but i was woundering if this in anyway would cause me to not pass Smog here in Cali for some reason ? should i bye it ? and if not why shouldnt I. thx.

yes, that could make you not pass since it modifies the emissions equipment (those 2 vacuum lines that come out of the side) and isn't CARB certified.

the Injen intake (part # IS1895) is CARB certified.
