1998 Mountaineer Dashboard light

One of the dashboard lights has gone out on my 98 Mercury Mountaineer. Can someone give me instructions on replacing? How mush of the dashboard am I going to have to take apart to get to the bulb?

You will have to remove the instrument cluster only, it's not vert hard. Then if I were you I would replace all the light bulbs with new x-tended bulbs.
