Question car covers

what's the best material to look for in a car cover to protect from the elements? easy portability would be nice too. any particular brands recommended? thanks.

Just my opinion, if you are not looking for a custom fit car cover (with mirror covers, etc), just go to Walmart and buy their $70 top of the line cover. I find it protects and breathes just as good as the more expensive covers, plus it has padded pockets for a cable lock. I used it more than my Noah cover.
