can not pop the hood

The cord no longer seems to work. and i can not seem to pop it from under neath. any ideas?

The hood open's via a cable connected to a handle down under the left leg as your sitting in the seat . It is hooked to a cable that run's under the frame rail up to the hood latch,,,,,,
Let me guess ,,,you allread know this,,,
you need to get under the car and reach up and pull the cable by hand to release the latch.

Do tell,,, that this job will take time!!!!

MY 1995 broke at the end of the cable,,had to get my kid to open the hood,,he has small arms and strong fingers.
