32 MPG??? whats the deal?!?
My aspire has around 50,000 miles and with a manual and I am only getting about 30 mpg. It seems pretty close to that whether it is city or highway. I have given it an oil change, new air filter, new spark plugs(splits fires to be funny
)Anyone have ideas as to what is holding it back? Could this be an O2 sensor issue? Anyone ever have a similar problem? |

to get 42 mpg you have to drive it like an old fart shifting at 3500 but id check tire psi and it probably wouldent hurt to replace the o2 sensors

I have thought about changin out the o2 sensor but I don't have the cash to take it to a shop.
Has anyone know how hard it is to change out the sensor. I think I have seen the one I need online for about 45 or 50 dollars plus they were selling some tool to help switch it out for 15. Is this a quick switch or is there more there than I think? |

Re: 32 MPG??? whats the deal?!?
For me to get near 40 mpg I have to drive it like a wuss. Mostly get around 35-37 mpg.
