Cool

Has anyone installed or converted their 97-99 maxima to HID yet.. I'm having some issues correcting the glare on the side. Other than that, it's cool and bright.

Sup man,
I really wanna get those real HID light kits, but I think I am scared to find out how much they freakin' cost... What did you end up paying for that Philips set?

I'm tired of seeing all those rice-burners out there with the fake ones... (I had a set, got rid of em... they suck.)

Thanks....

Thumbs down end up returning them

just too much fuss now.. so.. I'm returning them. They cost a whopping ~$550 (no bulbs yet) and $75 each HID 9004 bulb. Got it thro a local shop in NYC.

There's 3 major things that kept me from keeping it, 1- COST, 2-Glare, and 3-no highbeaming (useful when asking drivers to speed up!)

That's the second time I've encountered the expression "rice burner" today. What the hell's it mean?

Shayyadin

P.S.: The first was a friend of mine talking about the new M3: "It fuckin' flies but it sounds like a fuckin' rice burner, dude..." (proceeds to vocalize a whining engine noise like a supercharged lawnmower)
