Question bought 2000 tacoma, questions...

I just bought a 2000 tacoma regular cab, with some mods on it, they include: billet grill, 6"trailmaster suspension lift, 3 inch body lift, its been re-geared, but im not sure what too. its pretty sweet, it came with 36 X 16.5 dick cepek kevlars with good tread, they are a little wider then i liked so i took 'em off and bought some 35 X 12.5's. I have a few questions. How much can i sell the cepeks for? they retail for around 280, and they are still in great shape? also, what are some power options for my truck? I've heard of the cold air intakes and a new exhaust system, what would that run me? I thought smaller tires would help with the power, but it seems like it has less now?? I guess it seems a little slower than with the fat tires, and ideas why that may be? gearing possibly? If anyone is interested in the tires, let me know, i live in Fl. any advice would be great. Thanks

Im not sure what the tires run for but I got a dual exhaust put on my 00 ext cab for 390, but it had to be custom bent and Ihave an intake it was about 200.00
