2000 Montana Rear Heater Controls

Does anyone know how to remove the rear heater controls on a 2000 Montana (from the celing)? Mine feels like it is hanging down from the celing a little bit and I hear something rolling around in the housing...just wondering if I can open up that box to fix this problem.
