Need help fast! Fan removal!!

I doubt I'll get an answer by the time I need it, but how do you take the fan off of a 2.2? I know the fan clutch shaft is LH thread, but I can't get the shaft to turn while keeping the pulley still. TIA!!!

Other than the proper tools, the backyard method is use a hammer and chisel and give it a hard whack in the right direction. The shock should break it loose.

Make two of these out of 6-8 inch flat iron, the one hole can be centered but the other has to be fairly close to a corner. remove 2 consecutive bolts holding the fan pulley on, put a bolt through the close to corner hole and reinstall, you basically put one of these on both pulley bolt you removed and bolt the brackets to the pulley, then you put a bolt through the holes on the other end, then you have some leverage to get that PITA off. This works on the big motors, hopefully it will work on yours

I still wouldn't be able to keep the pulley still while doing that. Maybe we're thinking of seperate things, because I just don't see how that would work.
