Thumbs up 1995 GST for sale....great deal

I've got a 1995 gst for sale that is a 5-speed. It has 111K, red, sunroof, infinity sound-6 disc, new timing belt, tires, tensioners, wheel bearings, plug wires, thermostat, battery, etc. Probably the best and most clean 95 (stock) that is around.

I have to get rid of this b/c I now have a 01 spyder, new wrangler, new chevy pickup, etc. It is a great car, but I have to get rid of it. Email me with what you think it is worth. ([email protected]) I will accept any reasonable offers, and will be willing to help deliver it quite a ways. I can send you pics. Thanks,
Joe

I am also at school right now, but will send you pics later tonight. I have been offered 5000 for the car, but would like 5250. I started at 6, but I need to get rid of it now. I would still accept any offers b/c nothing is concrete by any means.

Nothing needs to be replaced in my opinion. The front brake pads might need replaced in a few months, but if you buy the car I will change those for free. They are only pry 20 bucks anyway.

I have dumped a ton of money into this car, and it has always been garaged, and never raced. It is in Nebraska, which I figure is about 1200-1300 miles. I just drove this car to Texas 1200 miles in one day, so the drive wouldn't be the problem. My time is limited now with finals quickly approaching however. I think you can get a car shipped for around 4-5 hundred at max, but would be willing to meet you at the airport, part way, etc. The most ecnomical thing to do would pry be to get it shipped, and I will look into that if you are serious.

I will work on the pics tonight. You can call me at 402-239-9930 later on if you need anything clarified. It is a great car, but my gilrfiend wanted a spyder instead. This car has been woman owned and babied its entire life.

Keep in touch,
Joe

You really could have got a lot more for that car. This 95 lists on nadaguides.com (what the dealers use for values) for $6400. I would have probably asked at least 8 for that car.

Well, price is only good if you have a buyer. The dealer only offers
$5k at first and after much negotiation and a ride back to the
Mitsu dealership for re-appraisal, they offered me 6k. I guess it's
hard to sell a used turbo vehicle but the car has been good for its
whole life. It's been trouble free since I owned it new and it's
still running strong.

Very true. I hate going to dealers. I have found that you can get a much better deal if you wait and look privately. That dealer probably took your car and put a much higher tag on it, and also made a good cut on the car you bought. Its really a lose lose situation when you have to trade in, but sometimes thats your only choice.
