j-spec h22a into a 94 teg

whats the story about this engine swap. my friend has this engine in his lude but the car got totaled and now he is going to put it into a 94 teg. the jdm h22a already has pistons true cold air intake and headers along with a greddy exaust system. he is going to have 2700 left over from insurence money and needs some direction. should he turbo or spray. we have heard mixed things about the turbo on the h22, what do yall think thanx alot.

I've heard the best thing to do on the h22a is to go all motor first for the most power. But than second comes to turbo it with a turbonetics t3/t4 hybrid turbo running about 9psi. Don't use spray...... Don't you want the engine to last?
