What kind of price range are you looking at? Also what kind of power do you want out of them, are they going to just be driven from the head unit of by an external amplifier?

well, i have a external amp lan....something 4chanel. i dont know how good that is, or how much watts it can push, the guy who installed it just gave it to me. But i have 12" audiobahn subs that i was told was 800watts...is it watts? man im tired, but i will just keeping going with that. as for my funds, i have like 189 saved up, with $500 on the way from making extra after buying my car. so around $700, but i really dont want to be spending too much. so one thing at a time would be nice.

Speakers are 6 1/2 front, and 6 1/2 for the rear seat side panels. Audiobahn isn't bad, but I've had too many problems with them as well as others. Diamond Audio, Memphis, Pioneer, Alpine...they're all great brands to buy. Personally, from experience, Memphis makes some high quality stereo equipment. Their highs are crystal clear and very loud. Check out www.memphiscaraudio.com to locate a dealer and get some prices. Other than that, you can check out www.sounddomain.com, www.audionmore.com, to read some reviews from people that use other brands also.

I have Pioneer speakers in all 4 spots and can't really complain. Alpine is very good too. Just go to an audio shop and listen to them for yourself, we can't tell you how well they sound on here.

In my Civic they are 6.5's up front and 6x9's in the back I didn't know tegs only came with 6.5's in the rear..?

If your willing to spend about 300 bucks on a set I would go with Polks 6.5" MOMO components, by far the best component speaker you can by on the market, plus polk is all about great quality and sound.

You can stand on a 12" Polk cone and it won't break. I weigh 200lbs and it only flexed a little bit. If you got a nice amp to push a Polk, they are "by far the best component speaker you can buy on the market."

Yea i have 12" MOMO sub, awesome sound very clear deep bass. It is definately one of the best 12" subs on the market, I am also impressed with the Eclipse dual voice coil 12" subs.

Re: want new speakers

I have a 94 Integra and it has some crappy 4" speakers (front and back). People say you can cram 6.5" in there but I dont see it happening without too many alterations.
