What to do with my M3

I just purchased a 1998 M3 with the 240hp engine. I wanted to know what improvements others have done to their E36 M3. I am also looking at tires. What works well for this M3? They currently have Bridgestone Potenza 730s. Thanks. ps. Improvements could be any, ie asthetic or engine, exhaust etc.

Re: What to do with my M3

Look for Potenza S-03 Pole Positions. They're absolutely wonderful. My roommate has them on his '99 M3 and they work wonders for his car. His suspension is really fucked up though; he lowered it 2.2 inches on springs and shocks alone. Do NOT do that. It makes the ride rough, and on tight corners, the spring over-compress and rebound, sending the car into a nasty tank slapper.

The tires are terrific, though.
