Bad Fusible Link
Questions...
Will a bad fusible link in a 2005 Toyota Rav4 make the alternator test bad or could an alternator go bad and cause the fusible link to blow? I just took my car into the dealer yesterday. They said the alternator was bad but said nothing about the fusible link. Then I get the car home and 2 days later the battery lights comes back on. Now they are saying the fusible link is blown. I want to be sure they aren't replacing parts that don't need to be replaced. Thanks |

Re: Bad Fusible Link
The fusible link could have blown when they changed the alternator.
