Car will not start after changing crank and cam sensors

Hi its me again, my 93 VR4 will not start or run after I have changed out the crank and cam sensors and had the computer rebuilt. I plugged in the rebuilt original computer and waited a few minutes and turned the key on and tried to crank it the engine turns over but nothing. Its getting fuel because I can smell it. Is there something I'm missing here? Need some kind of guidance or advice here to resolve this issue. Thank you very much.
