Car started rough after car wash

i gave my car a car wash and for the first time ever it started up and vibrated more then usual then it went away. i didnt open the hood or even clean the exhuast pipe that day so water didnt get inside the car. nor did i spray water into the grille. it was somewhat warm that day but nothing special. the car is fine now but im curious

Did you spray in the engine at all? You may have just gotten a little water in the engine and it burned up after a second.
