Piston rings

I am doing a rebuild on a 2003 3.1 engine.
When ordering rings (RockAuto) they ask deep or shallow oil rings.
How can I tell the difference.
The groove on my pistons our aprox. .120 deep, would this be the shallow rings?
Thanks,
Steve
