What kind of spec are you looking for? They were availible from 92-98 in OBD I and II with the B16A powered vehicles around the world.Speed limiter depends on where it came from in Japan it is around 112,in the states it is probably set around 130,here in Germany there isn't one.P30's look for a knock sensor, unless it came from Europe, they don't run knock's here.Vtec crossover is 5500 rpms. The rev limit is 8500 I believe, but could be wrong.Other than that if you want like fuel maps and specific info like that you'd need to get a hold of one and some software to read it,or find somewhere that already does.

You need a B16A SiR from 96-98 (OBD II) which also runs a P30,but the OBD I's have different plugs and the OBD IIb 99-00 Si's have the same plug, but use the 3rd section

Here is a picture with the differences
Top to bottom they are
OBD IIb (left 3 plugs used)
OBD II ECU
OBD I ECU
OBD 0 (JDM PR3 and PWO)
