question about car battery booster
have you heard of car battery booster not work on some cars but works perfectly fine on others? is this a myth? I mean batteries are just chemicals, it has no IQ so why would it be picky. Anyways i was told about this myth and it didnt make any sense to me so i just want to ask here to get some opinions. thanks.

When hooked up to a battery correctly, any jumper box will work on any car, period.

Agreed, if by booster you are referring to the jump starter packs. The starter packs just contain a sealed lead acid battery, usually a 17Ah or 19Ah SLA which is good for about 400 amps of instantaneous (surge) current. It's no different from jump starting a car, except you don't need to worry about damaging the electronics in the donor vehicle and some of the starter boxes also having large switches/relays to prevent them from having the incorrect polarity or sparking when connected.
