How to replace a turn signal in a '95 corolla?

The left turn signals are ok and work fine. But the front right turn signal flashes too fast and the rear right turn signal doesn't work at all. What could the problem be ?

And how to replace the turn signals if I have to replace them.
thanks..

Replace the rear bulb.

You should be able to gain access to the bulb inside the trunk.
