Dubs on a bug

Does anyone know if there is any possible way to fit 20 inch wheels on a 1963 Bug. I was thinking I would need widened fenders, like 2in up front, and 3in in back. I am converting to CB disk brakes, and also the easy street VW air bag suspension kit. I know I couldn't turn with the bags let out, but from what I measure I think I could go straight with them let out. The drop is 7 up front and 5 in the back. Thanks for your help
