2000 Sonata V6 front crankshaft seal

I have a 2000 Sonata with a 2.5L V6 that keeps pushing out front crankshaft seals. Has anyone experienced this? The PCV valve is not stuck either. The vehicle has just under 80,000 miles on it and has been religously maintained. Any experiences would be great to hear. Thx.
