Valentino Rossi's 1998 RSV250 Aprilia

Just finished this one last Friday. this is a Ks Workshop transkit that converts the Tamiya TZ250M, well in fact it just uses the wheels, tyres and handlbars.

the kit...

and the result...

Well done. I love the CF.
How did all fit? I'm thinking of buying a K's workshop kit but I never saw one in person.

Don't hestitate to buy one - I've bought five over the last 18 months, 3 other 250 Aprilias and the 2007 Kawasaki conversion. I think they are better than Renaissance for fit and better in quality than CGM. The casting is very good, with few airholes and no warpage. You also get waterslide decals which are very good too.
They come with basic instructions, but there's plenty of info on the website via the 'Modelling' section of the site.
A build report is available via the Romsey Modellers link in my sig - check out the last two or three club magazines which are free to download and view.

Hi

VERY nice model Paul. Superb work. I like the magazine too - great work on that as well and good to see some good work carried out by dedicated enthusiasts.
