95 Civic/ Headlight turns off randomly.
Hey guys,
I found these forums with a google search and I just want to say I hope I can find fixes to lots of automotive problems here (maybe even provide some fixes )My girlfriend has a 95 civic and the passenger headlight turns off while driving randomly (I believe it does it even when she is at idle as well). It is now starting to stay off longer. We already replaced the bulb, no luck. We noticed that hitting on the casing from the outside usually turns it back on after a couple of whacks but we are worried and would like to get this fixed ourselves. Any ideas? Thanks! |

sounds like the plug..works one second, dosent the next. do you have aftermarket headlights..i run into the blinking headlight often with aftermarket set-ups

Plug is a possablility. if it isn't the plug follow the wires and see if there is a break in them. if there is no break look where the fuse it and see if it is loose if the fuse is loose then the wires that go to the fuse need to be tightened.
