turn Indicator problem

car in storage for two years when new battery fitted rear indicators started flashing and will not turn off fornt indicators do not flash. stays on even with iginition off . Ideas?

Check the flasher , take out and reconect againg maybe the flasher get stuck some time for seating lond time ,if this doesn't works replace the flasher ,try spray some contact cleaner beetween the signal turn ,make sure is not any wire shorted some where inthe turn signal
