Door locks

I have an 05 chevy cobalt and my door locks started going crazy locking and unlocking uncontrollably so i pulled the door lock fuse so i ahve to unlock the doors manually which was fine because the alarm wasnt going off when i opened the door with my key...a couple weeks ago the alarm started going off every time i open the door with my key but it sounded like a faint struggling horn alarm...now it goes on full force EVERY time i get in my car......any suggestions?

Re: Door locks

Had the same problem with our '06. My wife is a postal carrier and has to drive in the rain with the passenger window down. Turned out rain water got the door lock switch wet.
