Lightbulb 95 GMC Jimmy brake caliper bolts

The brake caliper bolts keep backing themselves out, so does that mean the calipers need replacing or can I use lock tight or something to keep them in? Will I be able to take them out if I do use lock tight?

I would install new caliper bolts... they're pretty cheap
