Chrysler T & C Dull Dipped beam lights

The Dipped beam lights have a reflector in front of the bulb which i suspect may no longer be working properly. It looks to have heat damage a little bit like a bike exhaust pipe looks when the chrome gets heat discoloration. Can the reflectors be replaced? Removed?
The high beam is great as it is a different bulb and light assembly, without a reflector. Dipped beam however is so dull I have to use the fog lights in conjunction with them otherwise we can't see a thing.
