1984 olds 98 regency brougham wiper switch

got a phenomenal deal on an 84 olds 98 regency brougham. 85000 original miles, 307, automatic, 4 door, power everything, only 3 or 4 surface rust spots the size of quarters. runs like a top. the only things wrong are:
1. headliner sagging (no problem)
2. chrome cover on drivers side seat adjustment holding screw stripped
3. wiper switch inop (previous owner put a toggle switch on dash and it only works on high)

my question is, where can i find a replacement switch for under $100? any ideas? oh, by the way, i only paid $350 for the car. it's an awesome cruiser. champagne exterior, full vinyl top with no tears or fading, dark burgundy interior with no fading tears or worn spots. picked it up from an older couple that can no longer drive. any help on replacement parts or a downloadable service manual would be greatly appreciated. hope to post pictures of it soon.
