wiper motor installation problem

I could really use your help. I just replaced the wiper motor in my 1999 Altima. Now when I turn them off they stop in the middle of the window. I have tried to reposition the arms by removing them and placing then in a lowe posiotn and then replacing the bolts but when I lower them the wipers try to go lower than the window. Any thoughts?

Greg - I have the same problem with my 05 Altima. How did you get the problem resolved?
