Security Light on dash

Does anyone know how to get rid of the security light on the dash of my 2000 Lumina. I think it's from putting the wrong Chevy key in the ignition. I had 4 Chevy's at one point in time.

Re: Security Light on dash

Once the correct key is inserted and the PCM reads the key correctly, the lamp should go off. If the contacts in the ignition lock cylinder are clean, ,and the key is clean, the system should work. If not, there may be a connection problem anywhere from the frail wires on the lock cylinder to the smallish wires at the base of the steering column to the connector at the PCM, or any of the connectors between.
