I'm goin mid to late 90's Civic coupe, the picture is not only blurred, its distorted a bit. So the car looks a tad wider than it actually is.

90's Chevy cavalier?? mabey?
the headlamps look like a Cavalier but with the blurr idk I mean there is like 400billion silver 90's civics and just as many cavaliers or a Chevy metro at the end of the run also hope it helps? if not..... do i get a prize? XD
