Taurus wagon lift gate stuck shut

I saw a posting somewhere that said someone was having a problem with the lift gate being stuck shut/locked. I recently had the same problem and tore the skin off the gate from the inside, and found that the bolt that connects the latch assembly and the handle assembly must have shaken loose, replaced the bolt and have not had a problem since. Just in time too because the wagon is the perfect size to slide my Otter II Ice cabin in for ice fishing!!!!

Thanks for that info. I'm sure I'll experience this same problem at some point with my wagon...
