Any one know the cost to repair the O ring on the Oil pump drive shaft. Is it a difficult job?

Re: Cost to replace the O ring on oil pump drive shaft
I replaced the o-ring when I did the LIM - it was right there, so there was no reason not to. However, if you're doing just the o-ring; you may be able to get at it by just removing the throttle body from the upper manifold. Remove the clamp bolt and with a pair of channel-locks pull the drive straight up.
Obviously the part is relatively inexpensive from a GM dealer.
