Mitsubishi FTO GR

This model is also completed I made a new frontbumper which looks like the facelift version of the FTO. I painted it with Volkswagen Pearl Red and clearcoated it with 2K laquer.

Today I made some indoor pics. Hope to make some outdoor shots tomorrow.

Even it was a simple kit, I loved to build it. I really enjoy simple Fujimi kits. This one really fitted well. The headlight was a bit tricky to glue, but nothing serious.

This was also my first attempt using automotive paint, but I'll definitly will use it for all other projects I have to build.

Here's a short list of accesoires and modifications:

- Custom facelift frontbumper
- PE mesh
- Aluminium exhaust
- Aoshima Gram Lights wheels
- Black/grey interiorflocking
- XS-tuning brakediscs
- Lowered

Hope you like it!

Kris.

Beautiful model and finish kris. The putty job came out flawless. I think you should have used different wheels or painted them a different color.

It looks terrific! The color works well with the lines of the car.

Nicely done! The paint is so shiny...I only wish I tried 2k clear earlier.

Re: Mitsubishi FTO GR

Looks great, but it needs some better offsets of the wheels. Haha.

Re: Mitsubishi FTO GR

Absolutely beautiful again. That facelift front bumper was a wise choice, it really sets the car off.

Re: Mitsubishi FTO GR

There's always something about the shape FTO that bugged me! cant really put my finger on it but after seeing your front bar mod it's got my attention. Well done! Nice work as per usual.
