99 taurus duratec engine swap

I have possibly found a duratec engine out of a 98 taurus to swap into the 99 taurus. The question I have is that the donor car has a chipped key for the ignition, would this have any affect on the engine swap??? I am thinking no since the chipped key would be related to the security system, am I thinking correctly. I possibly could get the engine wiring harness if need be with it.

any thoughts, I have not worked on taurus before so any advice is greatly appreciated.
