1997 Malibu will not start when cold

Hello everyone,

I have a 1997 Malibu that will not start when its cold outside.

The only way I can get it to start is disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and reconnect it. Then if fires right up.

Has anyone seen this issue before or have an idea of what it might be?

Thank you,

Matt
