Keyless Entry Info...Search here first before posting about keyless entry problems.
Im not 100% sure on this, but im pretty sure that you need to get it coded at the dealer, u need some special piece of equipment to code it the same as the other remotes.
Like I said I am not 100% sure on this, hopefully someone else here can give you a positive answer one way or the other. welcome to www.voguecatch.com |

2001 and up key fobs have to be programed with the Tech 2.Kent Moore does make the tool to check if they are any good including the batteries if they are junk.The part number from Kent Moore for this tool is J-43241 and is not cheap.Anyone selling them used will not give them away,My father payed $210.00 for one including with the VATS tester with it out of an auction from a Chevrolet dealership that was closed down by GM.
